JD Ca. Bar.  Minimum 6 yrs. of solid experience with Construction Defect cases at Insurance Defense firms.

• Must have solid academic credentials
• Courtroom, deposition, and mediation experience preferred
• Experience contributing to trial prep and strategy
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively - should be capable of handling cases of moderate exposure and / or complexity with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team atmosphere
• Technically savvy, knowledgeable of current software and document management programs used in litigation. Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Experience conducting or assisting with depositions and hearings
• Experience communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals

Requirements : Construction Defect Experience. Law school degree required, and membership in good standing of the CA State Bar.
