Shifts Available : 7 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM | 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM | 9 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM | 10 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members, providing support and solutions in a dynamic, team-oriented call center environment.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information about services and resolve member inquiries
• Follow established procedures to meet performance goals in quality, speed, and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• ? What We're Looking For
• Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree
• Must have previous call center experience (healthcare or pharmaceutical preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service
• Comfortable working onsite in a structured, team-based setting
