Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality medical care and patient support as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team.​

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to applicable standards of practice and specific physician orders.​

Monitor patients’ health status, administer medications / treatments, and document care in medical records accurately.​

Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and home care.​

Foster a supportive environment for patients, ensuring safety, emotional support, and top-quality healthcare at all times.​

Qualifications

Valid and active Nursing License or Nurse Assistant Certification, as per job specialty and state requirements.​

Recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty area preferred (Hospital, LTAC, Hospice, ER, ICU, CVICU, PICU, etc.).​

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.​

Willingness to be flexible in work assignments and schedules, including nights, weekends, and variable shifts.​
