Job Description

Supervise all sitework and civil construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows.

Oversee site safety measures, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, and labor allocation.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project milestones and challenges.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Ensure adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• A strong background in civil construction and sitework management within the property industry.
• A strong background in utility underground construction
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
