NURSING HOME OR HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!

Our company is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor for a long-term care facility in East Greenbush, NY . This position is responsible for supervising the food and nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred.

Dietary Supervisor Key Duties

• Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
• Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
• Performs other job-related duties.
