A company is looking for a Service Readiness Engineer to ensure new customers and services are prepared for operational life.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, including new services and customers
Identify training and resource requirements and develop test and certification plans for new services
Provide early life support and contribute to continual service improvement processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Strong experience in Cisco WebEx / Control Hub, Microsoft Teams Pro, and Crestron XiO
Demonstrated knowledge of professional A / V and Video Teleconferencing systems
Experience in Conference Production and Helpdesk Support is a plus
Preferred training in Cisco and Polycom Endpoints and Infrastructure
