Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational strategy and execution for enterprise engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery

Oversee the development of strategic plans and resource allocation across multiple divisions

Act as a liaison between enterprise clients, internal teams, and executive leadership to drive growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

15+ years of experience in enterprise operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Experience with cloud technology companies and enterprise-level clients

Background in deploying AI / ML technologies for operational use cases

Proven track record of scaling enterprise operations in a technology or services environment
