Job description

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and schedule patient appointments in a multi-specialty environment

Verify and update patient information while maintaining confidentiality

Achieve call quality and customer satisfaction standards set by the department

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate / GED required

1+ year of healthcare experience required

EPIC system experience preferred

2 years of customer service experience preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
