Our client, an international manufacturer, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the polymer team setting up and operating production machines. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Machine Operator
Location : Virginia Beach, VA
Shifts : A, B, C, D shifts available
Pay Range : Starting Pay at $17.00 / hr. (increases depending on shift)
Additional Pay Incentives : all associates are eligible for a $0.25 cent raise each order for the first year of employment. After 1 year, all associates are eligible for a $1.00 raise each year.

What’s the Job?
- Sets up, operates and tends production machines as they process parts and restarts machines
- Replaces worn or broken machine accessories
- Inspects completed product for any defects
- May assist in other areas of the plant
