Job Description :

Responsible for managing and maintaining the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions including Oracle Agile PLM and PTC Windchill to ensure their optimal performance and availability. This role involves installing, configuring, and upgrading the PLM solution software, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any system issues that arise. The administrator also monitors solution performance, implements security measures, and ensures data integrity and backup procedures are in place. Additionally, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the PLM solutions continue to provide required business capabilities. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role to ensure the PLM solution meets the organization's needs and operates efficiently.

Essential Functions :

• Maintain production and non-production PLM Solution environments, including upgrades, which require the following skills :

Linux system administration

Experience with Oracle Agile PLM and PTC Windchill support and maintenance tasks.

Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.

Use basic project management skills to handle PLM-related projects and tasks.

Qualifications :

Preferred Additional Skills :

Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for Linux servers, Oracle Agile PLM software, PTC Windchill software, Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Hypervisors such as VMWare ESXI.

Understanding of PLM software APIs and integration points.
