Counselor III (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III, CDCA) Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment.
  • Will take valid State of Ohio CDCA.
  • Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II / III preferred.

  • Hourly range for LSW / LPC / LCDC II or III = $25 / hour - $27 / hour
