Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about providing quality addiction and mental health care in an outpatient setting.

This full-time, on-site role in Dodgeville, WI offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or call responsibilities. It provides comprehensive training, supervision, and a supportive team of addiction specialists.

Key responsibilities include MAT and withdrawal management clinics, admissions, and follow-ups, with lower productivity expectations to foster learning.
