We are seeking a highly skilled  Certinia OIM / SCM Solutions Architect  with strong business analysis expertise to lead discovery sessions, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria for our client.

This role requires deep experience in  Order & Inventory Management (OIM) / Supply Chain Management (SCM) , with a focus on business process understanding rather than solution design documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for OIM / SCM Develop a comprehensive list of user stories and corresponding acceptance criteria based on client needs.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and system capabilities.
• Ensure alignment between user stories and business objectives to facilitate a smooth OIM / SCM implementation process.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• During the build phase, provide functional oversight and support until User Acceptance Testing (UAT) begins.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs for OIM / SCM are met effectively.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Certinia OIM / SCM implementations.
• Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
