Schedule Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) in the PCU is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit. The RN will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to established protocols. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Monitor and record patient vital signs and physical condition. Administer medications and therapies as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and lifestyle changes. Respond to patient queries and address concerns efficiently. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in PCU / Stepdown prior to travel. Must hold a current Ohio RN license or compact state license. AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment must be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores on both. Why ARMStaffing?
