We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and / or family therapy sessions.
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues).
Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, support staff, or community resources as needed.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality laws (e.g., HIPAA), and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
Required :
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Active and unrestricted state license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred :
Experience with [specific population, e.g., children, adolescents, trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals].
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Familiarity with [EMR / EHR system, e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes].
