Job Description

The Mental Health Clinician & ACT Team Lead oversees the Assertive Community Treatment Team for Crook County, providing clinical guidance, supervision, and community outreach to individuals with severe mental health conditions at risk of hospitalization or incarceration.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with community partners, and leading group therapy sessions. The role involves crisis intervention, case management, medication monitoring, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Organizational duties encompass supporting diversity, adhering to confidentiality standards, participating in training, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications require a Master’s degree in a related field, minimum two years of behavioral health experience, valid licensure or trainee status, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred candidates may have advanced licensure and bilingual skills. Compensation ranges from $37.69 to $49.45 per hour, with work conducted in person.
