Job Type :  Full-time | Commission-based

About the Role

Epex is hiring experienced in-home sales professionals with backgrounds in   Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC . If you’re ready to grow your income by selling   multiple trades under one roof , this is for you.

This is not entry-level. We’re looking for closers who want :

Higher commissions per deal

Faster installs and payouts

Support from real operations staff  — not promises

What You’ll Sell

Residential Roofing, Windows, Solar, and HVAC

Single-trade or bundled packages

Home upgrades with strong financing, clean pricing, and fast execution

What You’ll Earn

Competitive commissions per deal (no volume hustle)

Requirements

2+ years of in-home sales experience

Background in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC

Ability to build rapport, educate homeowners, and close confidently

Self-driven, professional, and results-focused
