We are seeking a strategic, innovative Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health (Naples, FL) during an exciting period of organizational growth. This is a unique opportunity to combine strong clinical expertise with visionary leadership to shape the future of behavioral health services in Southwest Florida.

• A Board-Certified Psychiatrist with demonstrated clinical excellence.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to lead in a high-growth, high-acuity setting.
• Collaborative and growth-minded , comfortable overseeing a team of highly skilled Psychiatrists and PMHNPs and supporting a multidisciplinary workforce.
• Excited by innovation and program development , from advanced modalities (TMS, ketamine, immersive therapies) to integrated primary care and neurocognitive brain health initiatives.
• Committed to serving a diverse patient population with a wide range of mental health needs.
