We are currently seeking an RMA Clinic Float to join our Valley Center Family Medicine Clinic . In this role, you’ll perform general nursing services across multiple clinic areas, providing flexibility and support where it's needed most. From rooming patients and collecting health histories to assisting with procedures and phone triage, your care and attention will help create a seamless experience for every patient.

Key responsibilities include :

Rooming patients and collecting health history

Data entry and documentation in the EMR

Phone triage and assisting with patient flow

Supporting providers with clinical care and procedures

Floating between clinics based on operational needs

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or GED required

Certification as an RMA required

1 to 2 years of clinic experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills :

Strong understanding of medical terminology

Ability to work independently and follow written protocols

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Professional and compassionate interaction with patients and staff

Ability to anticipate provider needs and take initiative
