As a DevOps Technical Lead , you will drive the modernization and scalability of our software delivery pipelines and cloud environments. You will lead key DevOps initiatives, improve our CI / CD capabilities, optimize observability and release reliability, and mentor engineering teams on DevOps best practices. You will guide technical direction while remaining hands-on — ensuring secure, resilient, and efficient operations as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Accomplish – Your Performance Objectives

Objective #1 – First 30 Days

• Complete onboarding and gain familiarity with our applications, CI / CD pipelines, environments, and DevOps tooling.
• Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and IT Support teams.
• Review current deployment workflows, monitoring platforms, and release management processes.
• Identify initial opportunities for reliability and automation improvements.

Objective #2 – First 90 Days
