1. Role Overview
Mercor is seeking highly skilled expert reviewers to support a leading AI research initiative focused on evaluating and improving large-scale text outputs. This short-term, remote opportunity involves critically reviewing written material to identify logical inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or unclear reasoning. Ideal candidates will have advanced academic training—preferably a PhD—and thrive in analytical, detail-oriented work.
2. Key Responsibilities
Review large volumes of text for factual accuracy, coherence, and logical consistency
Identify and annotate errors, contradictions, or unclear phrasing
Provide concise feedback to guide iterative content refinement
Maintain high accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines
3. Ideal Qualifications
PhD or advanced graduate degree in a relevant discipline (humanities, sciences, or engineering)
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical reasoning ability
Demonstrated experience in text analysis, research, or academic review
Strong written communication and time management skills
Ability to process and evaluate information quickly and accurately
