Primary Care – 1 Hour From Fresno

• Employed Primary Care – Community Health Center setting.
• Base salary range: $280,000 – $426,000
• No call
• J-1 visa applicants encouraged to apply. Visa is process through HHS (No state 3o limit or cap)
• 100% outpatient openings for Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (must be BE/BC). There is an option to do some hospital rounding at a local facility if desired to keep inpatient skills and physician keeps a percentage of the collections.
• Group has 7 MDs and 17 Mid-levels. Desire to eventually supervise mid-levels is a huge plus but not required.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, 1 weekend day shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month
• Full benefits including a 401K with 4% match, medical, dental, LTD, vision, malpractice, etc.
• Volumes: Will see 20-25 patients per day. There is a production bonus for any patients you see over 20 in a day.
• Loan repayment through the NHSC is available. HPSA score of 19.
• No teaching or academic connections with this practice.
• Located 2.5 hours to LA, 4.5 hours to San Francisco and 1 hour to Bakersfield and Fresno. Very LOW cost of living in this area. Area population of 300,000 people with a local city population of 40,000+
• Great area for outdoors enthusiasts with a local lake and Sierra Nevada Mountains only 1 hour away. 90 minutes from Yosemite National Park
