RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience.
Conduct thorough user research and testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user interface across various digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively, both verbally and visually, to stakeholders and team members.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create pixel-perfect designs.

Solid knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with mobile-first design principles.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and user experience research.
