RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design concepts.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience.
  • Conduct thorough user research and testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user interface across various digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively, both verbally and visually, to stakeholders and team members.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
  • Solid knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with mobile-first design principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
  • A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and user experience research.
