Job Details :

Pay : $ per week (to be updated)

Positions Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Variable

40 hours weekly guarantee

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy addressing impairments and functional limitations to improving the patient's quality of life following injury or disease

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted MT License

BLS by American Heart Association - required

Professional course of education which is accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Must have at least 2 years experience

Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
