Shift available :

  • 2nd Shift - 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 30 pm, M-F

Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests.
  • Must be able to measure and interpret measurements up to 1 / 16 of an inch with a standard ruler (must pass a pre-employment ruler test)
  • Minimum of 6 months of Lamination Machine or Coating Machine experience using solvent and / or solvent-less adhesives and / or training.
  • Working knowledge of walk behind and sitting forklifts a PLUS.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with others.
  • Previous ISO experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment, preferred.
  • Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs;
  • Must be able to push, pull, maneuver very large rolls of materials weighing several hundred pounds with the use of equipment on a daily basis. Must be able to lift, walk, sit, stand, pull, stretch, reach, squat, bend, crouch, and kneel throughout entire shift without accommodations.
  • Must be able to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors.
  • The Coating Machine Operator at Technipaq is responsible for producing quality coating consistently. They are able to manage the machine and workers at all times and any other tasks to ensure the machine is running at the highest level, and producing a quality product in accordance with the customer's specifications. The Operator position reports to our Production Supervisor but will interact with all levels of the company, in order to make sure customer specifications are adhered to.
