Representing a well-respected civil design / build firm, we have several openings for their office in the Waterbury CT area we are looking to fill.

CIVIL DESIGNER

responsibilities include preparation of site plans such as : site layout & parking plans, road design & grading, E & S control plans, utilities design, roadway & utility profiles, details & specs

MUST BE PROFICIENT in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Earthworks & quantity take-offs

STRUCTURAL DESIGNER / DRAFTSPERSON (Commercial Construction)

this person will be working both in the office and in the field.

responsibilities include creating detailed structural drawings, reviewing shop drawings and performing reviews to help solve field conditions

MUST BE PROFICIENT in AutoCAD & Revit; prior experience preparing structural plans & details; strong skills in reviewing shop drawings for compliance; detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
