Part Time Receptionist Officer

Securitas is looking to hire a Part Time Receptionist Officer. Monday through Friday 3 : 00pm to 7 : 00pm Pay Rate : $17.69 Location : Whippany, NJ The Receptionist Security Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while maintaining the safety and security of the premises. This position combines front-desk reception duties with access control and surveillance responsibilities to ensure a welcoming and secure environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Verify identification and issue visitor badges in accordance with company procedures.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage front desk inquiries.
• Maintain a daily log of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents.
• Respond to security alarms and incidents, reporting them promptly to management.
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises as required.
• Support emergency response procedures, including evacuations and first aid as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
