Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant solar electrical work across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, wire, and commission solar PV systems (roof and ground-mounted) and battery storage systems
• Troubleshoot and repair solar electrical systems
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and system schematics
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
• Test systems for performance and safety
• Collaborate with installation crews and project managers
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Provide excellent customer service when on-site
