Overview
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department, maintaining employee records, coordinating benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Compensation
Starting Pay : $23–$26 / hr based on experience
Benefits (after 90 days) :

Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee personnel recordsReview and verify payroll hoursAdminister new hire and termination packetsFacilitate new employee orientationManage attendance records and PTO accrualsPrepare performance evaluations and maintain coaching documentationAssist with employee complaints and concernsEnsure compliance with OSHA and state safety regulationsCoordinate 401(k) and healthcare benefitsHandle insurance claims and broker communicationsPlan and coordinate company meetings and training eventsAdditional dutiesGenerate HR reports (new hires, terminations, EEO-1, rosters, labor reports)Draft HR-related correspondence for EVP / CFOSupport special projects and executive requestsMaintain confidentiality and ethical standardsEnsure a clean and safe working environmentQualifications
1–3 years of HR experience or equivalentStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSeniority level
