Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Consultant  to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others create memorable travel experiences while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of our team, youll assist clients in planning and booking personalized tripsfrom quick weekend escapes to dream vacationsright from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that match client needs.
  • Design and present tailored travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and rental services.
  • Provide professional and timely support before, during, and after travel.
  • Stay current on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry updates.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with online research and travel platforms is helpful.
