Location : NE Arizona, Apache County, Fort Defiance, Remote-Navajo Reservation Setting : Critical Access Hospital & Clinic Date needed : ASAP Schedule : Choose one of the following :

• Every 4th weekend on-call, every 4th day on-call, the rest of the weekdays are in cliic
• 7 day on-call (consecutive) per month; no clinic

Primary preference given to provider who are members of the Navajo Nation; Secondary preference to those who are members of other federally recognized iIndian tribes; All other candidates will be considered after primary / secondary candidates, or if no primary / secondary candidates have applied.
