What You'll Get :

• Total Annual Compensation : $85,000 - $120,000
• Base Salary Range : $85,000 $100,000
• Bonus : Earn up to $20,000 annually

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

State Licensure where required

ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting

Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
