Front End Specialist

A company is looking for a Front End Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the setup of new client accounts for billing and ensure timely onboarding

Own the direct invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices

Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to improve workflows

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management role

Knowledge of commercial and government payer policies and regulations

Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding

Experience in process improvement and product development concepts

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
