Senior eBilling Specialist (Hybrid - Matawan, NJ)

Employment Type : W2 Contract (3+ months, potential extension)

Pay Range : $34-$41 / hour (depending on experience)

Schedule : Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday and Wednesday, remote remainder of the week

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior eBilling Specialist to support a global professional services organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong billing, accounting, and analytical expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You'll be responsible for managing time billing, navigating multiple client eBilling portals, and ensuring accurate, timely financial processing.

The position requires a high level of technical skill with Elite billing systems , advanced Excel , and comfort working across departments to support business operations and client billing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle time billing and eBilling processes across multiple client portals.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Support accounts receivable and financial reporting functions as needed.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to streamline billing workflows.
• Utilize Elite system for time and expense management; experience with other enterprise billing systems is a plus.
• Leverage Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for financial analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot complex billing issues and provide process improvement recommendations.
