Job Responsibilities :
- Provide visionary leadership for the ENT division in alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee all clinical, academic, and administrative operations within the ENT department.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care with an emphasis on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance interdisciplinary cancer care.
- Drive innovation using advanced surgical technologies, including 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
- Develop and implement research initiatives in partnership with Drexel University.
- Engage in community outreach to improve healthcare access.
- Cultivate a skilled and diverse surgical team focused on workforce development.
- Manage a shared call schedule supported by advanced practice providers and hospitalists.
Qualifications :
Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology at the time of application.Significant clinical experience beyond training is expected; new graduates will not be considered.Not accepting applications for Advanced Practice Providers, contract, or locums candidates.Candidates requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible to apply.License and Certification Requirements :
