Project Coordination & SafetyMaintain safety standards; monitor safety planning, execution and documentation on assigned projectManage project planning, develop and execute the pre-job plan, and determine the construction techniques to be used to construct the projectDevelop and maintain the Site Utilization PlanManage the preparation of the CPM baseline, monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives, and CPM fragments with changes and delaysReview equipment requirements with the Project ManagerReview monthly sub pay apps to ensure progress in line with actual work installedCoordinate, schedule and manage all subcontractors and vendors; conduct weekly Subcontractor Coordination meetings with all onsite, or soon to be onsite, subcontractor supervisionExpedite vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis, identify and resolve construction problems as they develop, and keep the project on scheduleMaintain accurate time-keeping and cost recordsPlan, staff and manage self-performance activitiesReview weekly labor reports and monthly total job cost reports carefully to determine areas needing special attention, and initiate changes and procedures to bring costs back into budgetManage the Quality Control ProgramComply with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS, weekly unit reports, weekly updates to the “two week look-aheads” and monthly updates to the construction scheduleMaintain a clean and orderly jobsiteMitigate all potential subcontractor change orders and back-charges that may affect project profitability and document them to the extent required.Close out the project in compliance with the contract documentsOther duties as needed and assignedTalent Development & ManagementEnergize and support team to consistently reach higher levels of performance, deliver better results, and uphold company values and pillarsCreate and foster a learning and development environment with project team to aid in their career grown and advancementActively participate in the onboarding and training of new team members on the projectConduct and facilitate crucial conversations regarding employee performance and development for direct reportsSkills for success :

Strongly preferred : Five (5) years water / waste water experience. Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control and production of all phases of construction. Experience with Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore.
