SERVICE

Service Technician Job Duties :

• Responding to service calls as directed by Dispatch team and / or Service Department Manager.
• Handling services calls confidently by providing general HVAC-R installation, repair and service at various business locations.
• Communicate results of service call to customer in a professional and clear manner; completing service call paperwork in a detailed, thorough and timely manner.
• This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions, with weekday and weekend on-call (rotating) responsibilities.
• Use of our online mobile work order system
• Attend training classes as designated
• This position requires proficiency in web browsing, email applications and computer knowledge.
