Paint Technician – $20-$25 hr

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare heavy equipment for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
  • Mix and match paint colors using computerized systems or manual techniques.
  • Apply paint using spray guns in controlled environments (e.g., paint booths).
  • Inspect finished work for quality, color match, and finish consistency.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas.
  • Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations

    • What do you bring?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in auto body repair or painting preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive painting or refinishing.
  • Familiarity with paint systems (e.g., PPG, BASF, Sherwin-Williams).
  • Ability to read technical manuals and color codes.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.  Ability to work independently to achieve work deadlines.
