Nurse Aide

Attention Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nurse Aides, and Caregivers!

We will have full time open in April, we currently have part-time and per diem positions available. Specifically, we have following shifts open:

Monday (7a-7p) each week and Friday NOC shift 7pm-7am, we have several opportunities in April for pickup shifts if full time position not filled.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other compassionate caregivers in a fun and loving care home. Our location is conveniently situated right next to a bus stop and is near Pali Momi/Aiea heights. During the day shift, the resident-to-staff ratio is 1:4.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents under the guidance of nursing staff
- Provide companionship and basic care, including bathing
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Cooking meals (cooking skills training available if needed), etc.

Qualifications:
- Ability to establish rapport with residents
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Team-oriented mindset
- Reliability and dependability

Prior to your first shift, we will guide you through obtaining the following criteria:
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification
- Background check (we will help you set up an appointment)
- Physician screening (specific form provided by Kaamilo Hale)
- 2 step PPD test and a current PPD within the last year
