As a Merchandise Specialist, you will be a key partner to the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring that our store maintains the high visual standards set by AEO. Your skills will shine through in executing Floorsets, implementing marketing strategies, and keeping the store in top condition for guests through effective replenishment. You have a strong attention to detail, a passion for visual merchandising, and thrive in a collaborative team environment to achieve results. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passionate about Merchandising : Ensure our store provides an exceptional guest experience that aligns with AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorset Execution : Lead the execution of Floorsets by training and coaching your team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring that standards are met throughout the store.
• Innovative Merchandiser : Maintain the store's presentation through daily merchandising, adjusting displays for sell-through, and effective replenishment. Identify opportunities and collaborate with management to implement solutions.
• Team Collaboration : Support your team in understanding and maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment strategies to keep the store looking fresh.
• Customer Focused : Always prioritize the guest experience, encourage a culture of recognition among team members, and celebrate team achievements!
• Commitment to Integrity : Ensure adherence to store safety protocols, follow company policies, and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage.
