Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) needed in Easton, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that's committed to their patients and making a difference throughout PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($106,852 - $150,351.49/year)
• Incentive Plan Annual Bonus - up to 18% base salary
• Starting Bonus - $10,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
• Retention Bonus - $10,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• On-call as needed
• Educate patients and their families on preventative care & prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan

Requirements

• Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
