Job Title : Bilingual Receptionist (English / Spanish)
Pay : $21 – $24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule : Monday – Friday
We’re seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a positive attitude
Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain front desk organization and office supplies
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications :
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in demeanor
