Job Title : Vertical Lathe Operator Job Description
Join our team as a Vertical Lathe Operator, where you will operate a Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL), a large CNC machine specialized in machining heavy, large-diameter cylindrical parts. Your role is critical in turning these components against a stationary cutting tool, ensuring the creation of high-quality, accurate metal parts for industries such as aerospace and energy. Mastery in blueprint reading, G-code, precision measurement, setup, and troubleshooting is essential for success in this position.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00 / hr.
