:

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Must reside in the state of Louisiana and live within commuting distance of our office location:

The Clinical Program Consultant is responsible for providing clinical program and project support in a Medical Management department.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Develops and implements clinical programs for the management of members with specific medical conditions.
  • Serves as a project manager for medical management initiatives, such as medical review redesign, development of policies and procedures, development and implementation of training procedures and manuals, and the development and implementation of metrics and other reporting capabilities.
  • Represents the department on enterprise-wide and regional committees and program initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BS in nursing or related medical management area and minimum of 5 years project/program management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills Qualifications and experiences:

  • Managed Care experience highly preferred.
  • Experience working in population health in both behavioral and physical health
