A company is looking for a Product & Team Lead to oversee the development of software products and lead a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, setting clear goals and evaluating performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and oversee the development process

Provide technical guidance and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of leading successful software development projects

Strong hands-on experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)

Proficiency in software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
