Our team's mission is to deeply understand the expert experience and drive actions to improve their experiences at Intuit. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Manager and Event Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for hosting our experts weekly at our San Diego office and managing the logistics of their visits. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service and hospitality experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in marketing or event management. Responsibilities :

Lead expert engagement activities in San Diego, including :

• Hosting experts and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
• Creating a personalized experience for each expert
• Supporting sessions, ensuring that events run smoothly and have been organized to the highest standards
• Supporting other non Team Driven events that require expert engagement
• Ability to understand expert roles, process and tools to be able to communicate and support effectively

Scheduling, coordination, and oversight of weekly events, including :

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is : Southern California : $93,000 - $126,000 EOE AA M / F / Vet / Disability.
