Position Overview

Amergis Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide 1 : 1 support for a male kindergarten student diagnosed with Eagle Barrett Syndrome. The student is in an Exceptional Children (EC) classroom and requires assistance with personal care and basic health services. This is a full-time, school-based role working under the supervision of the district school nurse or a clinical designee. The CNA will also support classroom activities alongside the teacher and teacher assistant.

Student Care Needs

• G-tube bolus feeding
• Urostomy tube management
• Diaper checks and changes throughout the day
• Bathroom assistance
• Scheduled escorts mid-morning and early afternoon per doctor's recommendation
• Catheter present (no catheterizations currently, but may be needed in future)
