Position : Remote Patient Support Specialist

Evolution Sports Group is a leading provider of remote patient support services, dedicated to improving the lives of patients and their families. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Patient Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.

As a Remote Patient Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. You will work closely with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide remote support to patients and their families, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance and resources.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure that patients receive timely and appropriate care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and progress.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and arranging for necessary medical equipment.
  • Educate patients and their families on their healthcare options and resources available to them.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve patient support services.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or patient support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and compassionate nature.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in using technology and remote communication tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
