Job Title : IT Co-Op (End User Support)

Classification : Non-Exempt / Temporary

Job duration : January - June 2026

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused college co-op student to join our IT Help Desk team as an IT Co-Op. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.

Log and track support requests using the company's ticketing system.

Escalate unresolved issues to IT Manager for support as needed.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up workstations and accounts.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

Support IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.

Ability to troubleshoot Apple iOS mobile devices

Ability to learn and troubleshoot SaaS applications

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Prior help desk or technical support experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation Range : $20hr - $22hr
