Job description

Pool Repair Technician

We are seeking a career-minded, hard-working, customer-focused team player for a rewarding full-time position with competitive compensation and long-term growth potential.

Our Mission :

Compensation : $22 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities :

Youre a Great Match If

You have 5+ years of pool repair experience
You are proficient in estimating repairs and equipment
You communicate clearly and provide professional service
You have strong electrical, plumbing, and problem-solving skills
Youre organized, reliable, and committed to quality

What Winning Looks Like

Install, diagnose, and repair : Pool automation systems Variable-speed pumps Heaters Filters Salt systems Lighting & electrical components

Provide accurate written quotes for equipment and repairs

Explain repair options and estimates clearly to customers

Follow up with customers to complete the sale

Maintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and parts using pool software

Monitor work quality and uphold professional standards

Order parts and supplies as needed

Provide technical guidance and outstanding customer service

Qualifications :

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong computer and software knowledge

Valid Florida drivers license with a good driving record

Must pass a criminal background check
